Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
