How is it prepared?

Ingredients needed:

  • 100 g of chocolate crumbs;
  • A few ice cubes;
  • 15g of instant coffee;
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar (white or brown);
  • 150ml cold water.

Method of preparation:

  1. Melt the chocolate chips in a steamer or microwave;
  2. Coat the walls of the plastic coffee cup with the melted chocolate;
  3. Place the coated cup in the freezer for 1 hour to harden the chocolate;
  4. From the instant coffee, sugar and cold water, whip a frappe with a coffee whisk;
  5. Add ice and pour the finished coffee into the chocolate covered cup;
  6. When the coffee is put in, the walls of the cup are lightly pressed to break the chocolate.
