Ingredients needed:
- 100 g of chocolate crumbs;
- A few ice cubes;
- 15g of instant coffee;
- 1 teaspoon of sugar (white or brown);
- 150ml cold water.
Method of preparation:
- Melt the chocolate chips in a steamer or microwave;
- Coat the walls of the plastic coffee cup with the melted chocolate;
- Place the coated cup in the freezer for 1 hour to harden the chocolate;
- From the instant coffee, sugar and cold water, whip a frappe with a coffee whisk;
- Add ice and pour the finished coffee into the chocolate covered cup;
- When the coffee is put in, the walls of the cup are lightly pressed to break the chocolate.
