Ingredients:

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • 1 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Filling:
    • In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning mix, and dill until well combined.
    • Gently fold in the chopped dill pickles.
  2. Assemble the Pinwheels:
    • Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
    • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Roll and Chill:
    • Starting from one edge, tightly roll up each tortilla.
    • Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  4. Slice and Serve:
    • Once chilled, remove the plastic wrap and cut each roll into 1-inch slices.
    • Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and enjoy!
